Frustration in the Modern Day Workplace

The purpose of this study is to gain a more in-depth understanding of the relationship between the sources of frustration and an individual’s coping strategies which will be useful for researchers, practitioners and organisations in assessing frustration in the workplace. The ultimate aim being to identify possible interventions to reduce frustration in the workplace, and help employees to react in more positive ways to frustration, some frustration of which is inevitable.
